  • What is the service area?
    We serve all of St. Charles County and West St. Louis County
  • How many characters can I put on my sign?
    The 4'x3' sign holds 4 lines with each line holding 12 characters (includes spaces) for a total of total 48 characters for your message.
  • How do I place my order?
    You can place your order here on our website on the home tab and click on the desired package. There select your date, package, leave details or requests in the description box and pay by credit card. You will receive an email confirmation. We accept VISA, MasterCard. We are available at 636-541-8103 to help place orders from 8am to 8pm. 7 days a week. Payment must be received in advance. Please do not use the order form for a same day flocking. Please place all orders 24 hours in advance.
  • When do you deliver and pick up the displays?
    We deliver the displays between 10pm-12am (Typically in the 10pm hour). We pick up the displays the next evening.
  • How far in advance should I plan my surprise?
    Surprises can be ordered days in advance or for next-day delivery. We need about 24 hour notice. Please do not use the order form for a same day flocking. Orders are filled in first come, first serve basis. If for some reason we are full on your desired flocking day we will inform you and give you the option to re-schedule or receive a full refund. This is typically uncommon, but potential for this could occur during peak seasons.
  • Do you deliver on holidays?
    Yes. We deliver on holidays like other days and they are a great day for a flocking!
  • Do you deliver every day of the week?
    Yes
  • When can I call to order a rental?
    We are available at 636-541-8103 to help from 8:00am to 8pm. 7 days a week. We take online orders 24 hours, 7 days a week.
  • Can I remove the flamingos?
    We request that you don’t attempt to move the flamingos. If you would like them moved, please contact us at 636-541-8103 and we would be happy to help. A delivery fee may apply for each time we come to move the flamingos.
  • Can I cut my grass or water my lawn?
    Yes, watering your lawn is fine, but we ask that you please don’t cut your grass or move the flamingos for mowing. If you would like your display taken down before the agreed upon time, please call us and we would be happy to move the flamingos for you.
  • What happens if the flamingos are damaged?
    The flamingos and signs are durable and weather resistant. If we do experience severe weather and you notice damage, please let us know. Our flamingos and signs do have a weight limit and we ask that children refrain from climbing or playing with them for their safety. We are not responsible for any injuries if the product is misused. If vandalism or theft occurs, please notify us. Damage due to homeowner negligence will be charged back to the purchaser for the replacement cost of the damaged items.
  • Can we keep a flamingo for a souvenir?
    Unfortunately flamingos cannot be kept as souvenirs due to a limited supply. Note-All flamingos and signs are property of Flamingo Fleet. Any missing or damaged product will be charged to the credit card on file for replacement costs.
  • What is the refund policy?
    You will receive a full refund or you may reschedule if severe weather prevents us from a flocking. You will not receive a refund if the homeowner stops us from flocking, if the homeowner calls us and asks us to remove the product from their yard immediately, you provided the wrong address or date, we cannot set up the product due to a gated community, a dog or other animal is in the yard and becomes a threat to our safety or any other reason that poses a threat and we are not able to set up the display.
